Some of these family relationships are in the
book, some are not. However, you will be expected to know all
of these relationships for the test.
Test questions will be something like this:
"Who is my uncle's son? He is my cousin."

The vocabulary and
questions here are important and will be on the test.
Homework: Write the Korean word beside each of the
vocabulary words. This should be written in your book. You will have
to show your teacher.

Know the basic clothing,
shirt, pants, etc and the basic colors and patterns. Be careful
of Konglish, "one piece" - dress, "short pants" - shorts. |

this page, but is almost the same as the question about personality.
Listen for the does. The answer should be about
activities. See Chapter 3 for more

Conversation
Practice the conversation in the book, then ask your
partner these questions:
- Have you ever had a blind date?
- What was it like?
- What did your date look like?
- What was your date like?
- Did you meet your date again? Why, or why not?
Ask these questions to your partner:
- What does your father look like?
- What is your mother like?
- What are you wearing?
Pronunciation
Carefully pronounce the "V" sound...it should not sound
like a "B".
Say one of the two words to your partner. Can your
partner correctly choose what word you said?

Exercise 1 - Fill in the blanks.
Exercise 2 - Write a description of one of your family.
This may be given as homework (check with your teacher), if it is
homework, write descriptions of all of your family members.
You will have to give this homework to your teacher.
